Competence assessment gives you additional insight into your professional competencies. We can establish your strengths and development areas with regard to your work. Competence assessment helps you brush up your expertise in a focused way and to exploit your abilities more efficiently in your work.
Based on personal preference or orientation we can test your competence in one of the following sectors: sales and customer services, technology, planning and production, and finance and administration. Within the selected sector it is also possible to focus on assessment of supervisor-level or upper management competence.
Your wishes and characteristics come first
Competence assessment requires knowledge of your expectations and wishes regarding your career. You will be tasked with psychometric tests and exercises designed to establish your personal properties, motivation and the relevant problem-solving and deduction skills with respect to the position for which you are applying. As an SHL partner we have the latest assessment methods at our disposal.
An interview is carried out to establish professional substance and review the test results. You will be given a written report, which you will be able to utilise for the next eighteen months. You may use the report for self-development and when applying for new positions. We can also provide the potential new employer with an aptitude assessment relating to the vacancy.
